The drive on my MacBook Pro developed some corrupt sectors, resulting in all the keychains and some frameworks being corrupt too. So I’ve had to reinstall my laptop, then restore from a disk image of the drive. Turns out the drive was always formatted from using Apple Partition Map and not GUI Partition Map that’s compatible with Intel. The drive much have originally been formatted on a PPC machine 🙁

Everything seems to be returned to normal.
