In England we have a ‘free’ health services called National Health Service (NHS). They’re known for being a little on the bad side. But, you get what you pay for. Now, I’ve not been to the doctors in over about 7 years, thankfully. I hate those people who get a cold, bang their leg or sneeze and book an appointment with the doctor. Wait a few days and see if it goes away! But I digress. I rang the doctors; To my suprise when I asked for an appointment the woman asked “Would you like an appointment with the doctor?” What was she expecting? Perhaps I should have asked to see the Witch Doctor. Well obviously that was what I wanted. But then even more supprise, she offered me an appointment at 4:10pm today! I nearly dropped the phone and then double checked, “you mean today?” and sure enough it was. Perhaps things are getting better with the national health service!
