People who know me will be aware of my love of Pastrami. It’s hard to find in the UK, expensive too, but sometime you find it. Today I went into Marks & Spencers to get some lunch; only to find they have a New York Deli Pastrami sandwich!

So what delights are in this fantasy of a sandwich:
Pastrami (the vital ingredient)
Mustard
Gherkins (pickles to you, hehe)
Sauerkraut
Gruyere & Emmental cheese
all on Rye and Caraway bread

My day has been made!
