Well, Simon finally asked my sister to marry him last year. August 11th 2007 was the date, the venue, Seaford College in West Sussex. This is the most amazing location for a wedding, with a chapel onsite and a large old house with ballrooms.

I got a little nervous during the reading of 1 Corinthians 13 as it’s a bit of a tongue-twister but everyone seemed to think I did a good job.

Joy’s wedding dress was amazing, with a medium length vail. Nikki and I didn’t look too bad either 😉 Nikki’s hat was a real hit, nearly as much as her jewelry.

We proceeded with the usual photos and chilling out in the gardens. This picture is with Joy and Simon, along with Simon’s family.

The view from the back of this house is nothing compared to that at the front, with a long winding drive.
