I’ve upgraded my site from WordPress 1.5 to 2.0.1. I must admit the new version is generally better. However, it still has poor support in Safari. Since I use a PowerBook as my main machine this is annoying to say the least. You have to remove an if to get the buttons to appear in the edit window for starters. Then file uploads no longer work in Safari. Firefox, sure, they work fine there.
I don’t know if I should be annoyed with Apple for not getting Safari up to standard quick enough or WordPress for not ensuring basic features work on a popular browser.
