Today has been a day from hell. Firstly my leasehold company want to charge me to rent out my house. The company in question is Simarc. Now you probably won’t be able to get hold of this company, their numbers have changed and their website doesn’t work. Basically they just sit there and rake in the money.
Then as if things weren’t going badly enough I am informed that my mortgage cannot be turned into a letting mortgage. I was advised by Countrywide that this was the best mortgage as the change to letting was quick, simple and free. Turns out it’s not so much simple or free, but it certainly is quick.
Well there you have it; two useless companies encountered in a single day. How these companies can justify their actions I’m yet to find out.
