Shaw & Jess threw another amazing 4th July party in their garden. I don’t really remember it all…
2010 will be the year of my Gumball like rally, that I’ve previous talked about.
There’s are two possible routes. Â The first is 560 miles out to Tom’s Place on 395, over the amazing Sonora pass.

With over 3000 photos taken during the Honeymoon, i’ve been spending a lot of time editing.
They’re all edited now and are slowly being uploaded to my server, but at 2.5GB for the selection of best photos, it’s going to take a while.
While out this morning I found a nice empty roof-top parking structure to take some pictures on. Thought they actually looked good in the rain.

Today I sold my Scion and provisionally signed for Z4. It will be certified pre-owned but isn’t quite ready so I could not drive it. Wednesday/Thursday should be collection and final delivery day.
Custom house for lunch, relax, cracked crab for dinner then drinks in Mr Ricks
Up in SF with Forest and Betty’s New Years Eve Eve party. Betty had rush ordered caviar and prepared other amazing appetizers.
Later on we headed over to Local Kitchen, a new restaurant that has amazing wine selections and fancy pizzas.
Thanks Forrest and Betty!

Once again for outdoor drinking, this time at The Sports Page bar on Shoreline.
Aaaah! Pitchers of Stella, Sun and Friday evening, could I be happier? Oh yes I could, with C-130‘s taking off from Moffett over the bar, my evening was set!
From a little white back now, but well worth the wait…
While staying in Bridgeport on our visit to Bodie we came across the local paper called “The Sheet”
It seemed to be a sort of Enquirer meets Private Eye. From the name, it’s obvious they’re having fun.
Last night I went to The Register’s US launch party as The Tiedhouse in Mountain View.
There was a very good turnout from local companies, mainly engineers or PR people. As usual at any Register event, drinking beer was the primary activity. I really didn’t know how large El Rego had got since its modest beginnings. They’ve got something like 25 staff in the UK and a growing in the bay area.
